I am Hani! I am located in Minnesota and I am currently in College for Herbal Studies and Early Childhood Education. I am a young woman forging her own path, in my Herbalism studies I found that I was a trailblazer walking the path of an ancient remembrance.
We must awaken the wisdom buried within us, when we begin to focus on whole mind-body integration and understand how the mind-body and environment influences one another- we begin to address the full systems of the body and not just isolated symptoms.
In my journey of the early childhood experience I found that the child self is the realest of the selves, the child self is honest- even to a fault, they are supportive and pure- it is only through cultural conditioning that children being to lose themselves- their values, interests and identity are morphed into something digestible for the next persons utilization- it is there in that system that the heart flutters from anxiety, the stomach quakes from fear- the brain begins to release stress hormones that overtime repress the immune system, contribute to digestive & cardiovascular issues as well as neurological issues.
If you take a good step back you will realize that the child self has been neglected, traumatized, or through some type of traumatic event and without proper intentional trauma integration this emotional and mental trauma embeds in the body.
In order to contribute to the health of this world I decided to contribute to the lives of the children around me.
In addition to Herbalism and Early Childhood Education, I am studying pathology, physiology and biology for fun. Having knowledge of the mechanics of life, how the body maintains function then going on to learning what happens when the systems of the body isn’t functioning properly allows me to bridge the gap between modern conditions and ancient remedies.
